2. No Cancellation / No Refund Policy

  • All ticket purchases made through our website are non-cancellable and non-refundable, regardless of whether or not the ticket is used.

  • This includes:

    • Entry passes

    • Activity bookings (e.g., Zip Bike, Speed Boat, Giant Swing)

    • Combo packages

    • Cruise reservations

3. Exceptional Situations

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Technical errors during the payment process (double charges or failed transactions)

  • Cancellation or closure of the park or any activity by management due to:

    • Weather conditions

    • Maintenance issues

    • Government-imposed restrictions

In such cases, guests may choose:

  • A rescheduled visit date, or

  • A full refund, processed back to the original payment method

4. Process for Refund Requests

To request a refund (in exceptional cases), please contact our support team within 48 hours of your booking or affected visit date. Provide:
